Who is responsible

Verimundo is the trading name of David Nagy, Spanish tax number NIF/NIE Z1642916P, registered at Calle José Franchy Roca 5, 609, 35007 Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain. Contact: david@verimundo.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into the free readout form: hotel or group name, website, booking engine, number of hotels, your main guest markets and your email address. We ask for no payment details and no special categories of data.

The server that publishes this site records the IP address and browser of each visit, as any web server does, to deliver the pages and detect abuse.

What we use it for, and on what basis

  • To prepare and send the free readout you asked for. Lawful basis: your own request, as a step before a contract (GDPR article 6(1)(b)).
  • To write to you about the result. Lawful basis: legitimate interest in offering the service to someone who has asked for it (article 6(1)(f)). Ask us to stop at any time.

We do not sell your data, do not share it for advertising, and make no automated decisions about you.

Who else handles it

We rely on suppliers acting as processors:

  • Netlify: hosting for this site and receipt of the form.
  • Supabase, in a European Union region: database and report storage.
  • Resend: sending the email with your readout.

To prepare the readout we ask AI assistants (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude) about public information on your hotel: its name and its website. Your email address is not sent to those providers.

How long we keep it

The request and the readout are kept while there is commercial interest on both sides, and at most three years from the last contact. If you become a client, for the length of the relationship and afterwards for as long as tax obligations require. You can ask for deletion sooner.

Your rights

Write to david@verimundo.com for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. We answer within one month. If you think we have fallen short, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, aepd.es.

Cookies and third parties

This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking pixels. Typefaces load from Google Fonts, which transmits your IP address to Google; the page reads the same without them.

Legal notice

The contents of this site belong to Verimundo. Prices are published with IGIC included and apply on the terms described with each service. The Gran Canaria study figures carry a date and a source; the method is summarised in /llms.txt.
